Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. As our garments are crafted with attention to detail, we request customers to review our policy carefully.
Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order along with clear photographs and the order number.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available only if:
- The requested size is in stock.
- The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges related to exchanges unless the error is on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-measure outfits
- Altered garments
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
